		<description>I responded yesterday (Dec 4, 2008) to the Genius Bar email to take a survey about my recent store visit (11/21/2008).  I included a brief synopsis (about 4 lines) of what is listed above relevant to the store visit and the iPhone.  I was asked to include my phone number and if they could call and I agreed.  The call came that night from a manager at the store that I went to in Cherry Hill, NJ.  While I&#039;m informed that they read all of the comments that come in, all the manager could do was offer apologies.  When this became clear that no matter my gripe, it was met with nothing but an &quot;I&#039;m sorry&quot; I went to short answers and waited to be dismissed from the phone call.  I wasn&#039;t even going to bring up buying a top of the line Mac only to have new ones come out a month later. Oh, and I found that my guy was Nick, not Eric.  Rosebud!</description>
